Produce is shredded and then pressed with a hydraulic press to extract the juice, rather than spun with a fast blade. The process generates less heat and less foam.
Our juice is unpasteurised, so keep it refrigerated and enjoy it within a few days of delivery. The exact date is printed on every bottle.
